Reflecting on the Spring 2026 Parade of Homes

The Spring 2026 Parade of Homes has officially come to a close, and we want to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who took the time to visit our homes. This year’s Parade was a tremendous success for Buffum Homes, and we were honored to showcase three beautiful homes across West Michigan—two in Grandville and one in Byron Center.

Each Parade season provides an exciting opportunity to open our doors to the community, connect with future homeowners, and demonstrate what makes a Buffum Home unique. We were thrilled by the incredible turnout and enjoyed welcoming visitors through our homes throughout the event.

One of the things we love most about participating in the Parade of Homes is the opportunity to showcase the versatility of our building process. This year, visitors were able to tour both a custom home and a spec home, allowing them to see firsthand the wide range of possibilities available when building with Buffum Homes. Whether a homeowner is looking to fully personalize every detail of their home or is interested in a thoughtfully designed move-in-ready option, we take the same level of care and attention with every project.

The homes featured in this year’s Parade were a true testament to the customization, intentionality, and craftsmanship that go into every Buffum Home. From carefully selected finishes and materials to functional layouts designed around the way families live, every decision was made with purpose. Visitors were able to experience a variety of design styles, floor plan concepts, and unique touches that help transform a house into a home.

The Parade also serves as a wonderful opportunity for brand recognition throughout West Michigan. As a builder that completes a significant amount of work throughout the area, we always appreciate the chance to connect with homeowners, real estate professionals, vendors, and community members. It is rewarding to showcase our work and continue building relationships within the communities we serve.

We were also grateful for the opportunity to partner once again with the Home Builders Association (HBA). The Parade of Homes remains one of West Michigan’s premier homebuilding events, and we appreciate all the work that goes into making it a success each year.

Most importantly, we want to thank everyone who stopped by.
