Norm Buffum
President
With over 35 years in the home construction and remodeling industry, Norm Buffum brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our team. A lifelong resident of the Grand Rapids area, Norm plans to remain in West Michigan, where he and his wife, Diana, have raised six children and are now delighted to embrace the joys of grand-parenthood.
Norm’s commitment to the community is evident through his involvement in various local missions and non-profit leadership teams. He has been a dedicated member of his local church for over 40 years, where he met Diana during their teenage years – a love story that continues to inspire.
Outside of work, Norm enjoys quality time with his growing family, playing a round of golf with friends, or casting a fishing line in any body of water. His philosophy is simple: enjoy life, help others do the same, and always find a reason to laugh along the way.

Joshua Buffum
Vice President
Joshua Buffum, a graduate of Cornerstone University with degrees in Finance and Management, has dedicated his career to serving the West Michigan community. He has contributed significantly to driving success through his commitment to innovation and excellence. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Josh has refined his skills in creating value and fostering strong client relationships. His leadership has helped Buffum Homes establish itself as a trusted name in custom home building.
Outside of work, Josh prioritizes his role as a devoted family man. He and his beautiful wife, Lauren, cherish their time with their two sons, Caleb and Micah, enjoying outdoor adventures, reading, and relaxing at Sandy Pines.
Guided by his faith as well as his passion for continual growth, Josh is dedicated to his family, community, and profession, shaping a fulfilling and balanced life.
